SE Finder is a service made available by the Service Provider to identify the 3 nearest Electrical Substations in Italy from land coordinates. The features, access conditions, and available functions of SE Finder are managed by the Service Provider according to technical, operational, commercial, and security requirements.
Access to SE Finder is restricted to authorized users. User accounts are assigned and managed by the Service Provider. Users are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all activities performed through their account.
SE Finder is subject to access limits, usage limits, credits, or other usage conditions defined by the Service Provider. Access requests require explicit acceptance of these Terms of Service before an account is created or activated. Access rights and usage conditions are managed according to the applicable commercial or operational conditions.
Data completeness and accuracy are not guaranteed. Results are provided for informational purposes only. The user remains responsible for independently verifying the suitability, accuracy, completeness, and applicability of any output before relying on it.

The user may stop using SE Finder at any time. Any commercial, payment, or contractual consequences are governed by the applicable conditions agreed separately between the Service Provider and the user.
Where applicable, users acting as consumers may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights related to digital services, withdrawal, conformity, and remedies. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the laws of the user’s country of residence. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to SE Finder shall be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law. For users acting as consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction rules provided by applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
